GLOBAL OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n

Under the responsibility of the Project Manager Victim Assistance, the Access to Rehab Project Officer will supervise the implementation of HI strategy in terms of accessibility to rehabilitation services of vulnerable population living in Anbar.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>Assessment & Strategy<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00fc\u00a0\u00a0Design and supervise needed assessments to implement \u201caccessibility to rehabilitation services\u201d activity (Barriers to access rehabilitation services assessment, cash feasibility and risks assessment, transport market assessment, financial service providers mapping and assessment. Case studies, etc.).<\/p>\n

\u00fc\u00a0\u00a0Compile and monitor updates of mapping of available services useful for HI beneficiaries (social, humanitarian, economical) in its area of intervention.<\/p>\n

\u00fc\u00a0\u00a0Compile updates about HI knowledge in terms of transport services and practices, available financial services and access to rehabilitation services, in its area of intervention.<\/p>\n

\u00fc\u00a0\u00a0Contribute to the development of the HI strategy to support the access to rehabilitation services in Anbar.<\/p>\n

\n

\n

Beneficiaries\u2019 identification, follow-up and discharge<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n

\u00fc\u00a0\u00a0Supervise beneficiaries\u2019 selection process and make sure it is in line with HI guidelines and regulations.<\/p>\n

\u00fc\u00a0\u00a0Approve the necessary screenings to determine beneficiary eligibility to HI support.<\/p>\n

\u00fc\u00a0\u00a0Supervise community awareness sessions about available services dedicated to people with disability, referral system and inclusion.<\/p>\n

\u00fc\u00a0\u00a0Ensure Access to Rehab Field Workers are properly following-up each beneficiary of the access to rehabilitation services activity from the identification till discharge.<\/p>\n

\u00fc\u00a0\u00a0Gather and develop the necessary tools to implement and follow-up the project activities (Data base, follow-up tool, IEC materials, awareness materials, specific guidelines and forms, etc.).<\/p>\n

\n

Finance, Logistics, Administration and Human Resources management<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00fc\u00a0\u00a0Define the human, financial and logistical means needed to run its project.<\/p>\n

\u00fc\u00a0\u00a0Implement relevant logistics and administrative paperwork and arrangement as per HI guidelines and regulations (procurement request, movement request, cash request and forecast, equipment use, HR request, etc.).<\/p>\n

\u00fc\u00a0\u00a0Monitor budget consumption and estimate financial forecast.<\/p>\n

\u00fc\u00a0\u00a0Ensure the implementation of HI’s human resources guidelines and regulations (about recruitment, appraisal, leaves, disciplinary process, training & capacity building, etc.)<\/p>\n

\u00fc\u00a0\u00a0Promote the ethics and values of HI among its team members<\/p>\n

\u00fc\u00a0\u00a0Monitor the implementation of HI’s security & safety guidelines and regulations.<\/p>\n

\u00fc\u00a0\u00a0Translation of documents related to the project between English-Arabic<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Monitoring and Reporting<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00fc\u00a0\u00a0Conduct regular monitoring (including regular field visit) as per HI guidelines and regulations.<\/p>\n

\u00fc\u00a0\u00a0Archive all sources of verification as per HI guidelines and regulations.<\/p>\n

\u00fc\u00a0\u00a0Supervise data collection and entry\u00a0as per HI guidelines and regulations.<\/p>\n

\u00fc\u00a0\u00a0Report any issues faced on the field.<\/p>\n

\u00fc\u00a0\u00a0Provide relevant feedback and analysis to improve the access to rehabilitation service activity.<\/p>\n

\u00fc\u00a0\u00a0Contribute to the analysis of the data extracted from project monitoring tools.<\/p>\n

\u00fc\u00a0\u00a0Draft external reporting.<\/p>\n

\u00fc\u00a0\u00a0Provide weekly and monthly reporting to the PM.<\/p>\n

\u00fc\u00a0\u00a0Monitor indicators\u2019 progress achievements.<\/p>\n

Coordination and Communication<\/b><\/p>\n

\u00fc\u00a0Maintain a strong link with the health team (Physiotherapist Trainer, Project Officer VA)<\/p>\n

\u00fc\u00a0 Maintain a strong coordination with support services (Administration, Finance, HR, Logistics, etc.).<\/p>\n

\u00fc\u00a0Ensure appropriate and effective communication and collaboration with any external stakeholders (authorities, communities\u2019 representatives, beneficiaries, health facilities staff, financial service providers, humanitarian community, etc.) in the area of intervention.<\/p>\n
