Build Good Relationship between Communities and Iraqi Government included Iraq service departments , Local Council and Provincial Council
Participate in developing the abilities of the community Association through training (giving PRA training), education, and capacity building. Included How identify community needs , How to design projects and How to prepare project request and follow up them in order to provide their project requests to Local Council and Provincial Council
Direct interviews and field observation for five offices in Anbar Baghdadi , Haditha , Rawa , Anah and AlQa’im

Assists the CAP C.F and Marla officer to identify target communities, initiate contact, field visits, and community wide meetings.
Provide small projects to civilian victims to ensure income
Assists the community action group (CAG) and the families of civilian victims, in coordination with the Site Engineer , CAP C.F, and Marla officers in the identification of community needs, prioritization of those needs and final selection of a community project for implementation.

Ensure to send all the weekly reports and weekly action plan regarding the activities of the CAP program (CAP & Marla Projects) and each process of project implementation.
